1. Share Your Idea

Have a specific design, color palette, or size in mind? Send us reference pictures of your room or the aesthetic you are aiming for via our WhatsApp. We will review your concepts to understand exactly what you need.

2. Free Consultation

Our artisans will discuss the feasibility of the design and suggest the best canvas size, texture style, and frame colors that will complement your interior decor. We provide this consultation completely free of charge.

3. Pricing & Confirmation

Once the design and dimensions are finalized, we will provide you with a fixed price quote. Custom orders require a small advance payment (usually 30-50%) to begin production, which can be paid securely via bKash or Bank Transfer.

4. The Crafting Process

Since each piece is sculpted by hand and the 3D texture paste requires time to properly cure and dry to prevent cracking, custom pieces typically take 7 to 14 days to complete. We will keep you updated on the progress.

5. Final Approval & Delivery

Before shipping, we will send you photos and videos of the completed artwork for your final approval. Once approved, the piece will be safely packaged and delivered to your doorstep.
