Checking Product on Delivery

At SleekyOne, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We strongly advise you to unbox and check the product in front of the delivery rider. Since our products are fragile art pieces, this step ensures you receive exactly what you ordered without any transit damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you find the product damaged, defective, or not matching your order, you can hand it back directly to the rider. We will process a replacement or full refund immediately without any hassle.

After Delivery Confirmation

Once the delivery rider leaves and the delivery is marked as successful, we cannot accept any damage claims. This strict policy is necessary because art pieces can easily be damaged if mishandled post-delivery.

Refund Processing Time

For approved returns or canceled custom orders (before production), refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.
